After your payment is verified, US order may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order, other areas order may take more than 3 days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 1 pm GMT+8 will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 1 pm GMT+8 on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday (public holiday is not included).

Any product ordered from https://soocastech.com can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days from the date the product is purchased. We offer free and easy returns for only manufacturer's defect orders. Please contact Customer Support on contact@soocas.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited and Priority shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 4 business days.Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).
